Our Team

The National DCP is responsible for purchasing, pricing, distribution, quality assurance, member support, member communications and the development / management of added value programs.  Each regional DCP owns a 25% share of the National DCP and funds a portion of its operating expense based upon the number of stores serviced to the total count nation-wide.

The National DCP Board consists of 9 voting members and 2 non-voting seats (NDCP CEO and an Independent Third Party).  The Board, in partnership with the National DCP Executive Team, defines the strategic direction of the organization and oversees the performance of the regional centers.  Each regional center has a Vice President of Operations who reports directly to the COO of the National DCP. 

The sole focus of the regional VPOs is operational excellence: meeting NDCP's service standards, minimizing expenses, and optimizing distribution practices for greatest efficiency.
